4 nights at Akiri Surf Retreat – Thulusdhoo Island (local island). Akiri is a modern three-room guesthouse and is the main of three properties. Akiri Grand & Akiri Residences are also situated at Thulusdhoo Island. Guests can enjoy their daily meals at the main property Akiri Surf Retreat. Akiri Surf Retreat offers a range of complimentary services for guests including free breakfast, complimentary WiFi throughout the properties, free surf guide assistance, in-room expresso machines & free bicycle rental.
ABOUT THULUSDHOO ISLAND
Thulusdhoo Island is located in North Malé Atoll, 30 minutes via speedboat, north of Velana International Airport. It is one of the closest local islands to the airport and is easily accessed by speedboat. Thulusdhoo is home to some of Maldives’ very best surf breaks (‘Cokes’ – right & ‘Chickens’ – left) and world class dive sites. The Indulge Maldives 4 Night Budget Maldives Package gives you the freedom to explore Thulusdhoo Island on your own terms.
Thulusdhoo has palm tree beaches, white sandy shores, sun lounges and is ideal for snorkeling the house reef, directly off the island’s very own Bikini Beach. Experience a snorkelling trip to Thulusdhoo Island’s Coral Garden and you might just spot a resident sea turtle! The sandbank excursion is a once in a lifetime big bucket list tick! Thulusdhoo is also in close proximity to Maldives resorts where we can arrange a day trip to Club Med Kani for USD$175pp. The island has a handful of cafés and guesthouses with restaurants that welcome outside guests (expect to budget approximately USD$3p.p – $12. per meal)
