Thulusdoo in the Maldives wasn’t just a location; it was a dream come true. Indulge Maldives took it to the next level with fantastic food, comfortable accommodations, and the most incredible surf coaches I could have asked for. This trip exceeded all my expectations. Maldives is an incredible destination but with Kristie at the helm we were able to have a really authentic experience with the local Maldivians. They were so kind in sharing their beautiful country and all the culture to go with it. Surfing was the best but wouldn’t have been the same without the local influence.

Who would have expected to be accompanied by dolphins and pilot whales even before we reached our destination in Vaavu Atolls for snorkeling with nurse sharks and colorful fishes? Kristie brings exceptional local knowledge and attention to detail ensuring everything is taken care of and remains available at all times whilst traveling to help with any special requirements needed or simply answer and questions or make further recommendations. Gee led a group of 12 women through 10 days of surf adventure, providing world class coaching, feedback and safety. This trip was so good when I finished the 10 days surf clinic I stayed on for the second group and finally left after 25days of surfing. The Maldives is a magical destination and we got to experience the absolute best! I am already booking my next trip ( and let’s be real this time, plan for a month stay, not a 10 day tease 🏄♀️)

Kristie was able to customize a trip for my partner and I that accommodated both of our travel styles. She was very responsive to my questions, and we were able to enjoy our trip without any issues. I had a wonderful adventure in the Maldives, our itinerary was carefully planned and allowed me to experience some local culture. Our accommodation and food were really excellent and I felt very well looked after.
This was an adventure of a lifetime, facilitated beautifully by Indulge Maldives and Chix Surf School. A group of 16 women can be a lot to handle, but this crew made it look easy. Thanks to the local knowledge of Kristie and Hupa we found breaks where we could work on skills but also (more importantly) have an absolute ball. Our extra activities really transformed this experience from surf clinic to trip of a lifetime. A snorkelling day that included swimming with nurse sharks and diving a shipwreck will stay with me forever! Kristie from Indulge went above and beyond to cater for our many interests and did it all with a generous spirit and huge smile. There is no one else I would trust to help me create a Maldives experience.
Trip was awesome!! So much to see and do. We did not have to worry about a thing. The local knowledge comes in handy with activities such as surfing, heading to a sandbank or diving with the sea life. Well organised and if an activity had to be moved it could be so we were at the place at the best possible time. I know a lot of effort went into the trip which showed and was appreciated!!

We just got back from our honeymoon in the Maldives and it was without a doubt the best trip of our lives. We were so thankful to have found Kristie. It can be overwhelming to decide on where to stay (especially when it’s your first time visiting the Maldives), as there are just so many resorts to choose from. Kristie helped us choose 2 resorts and then basically organized the trip from there. She made it very easy and stress-free and was very responsive whenever we had questions. We are already trying to find an excuse to visit again in the future and will definitely be reaching out to Indulge Maldives when we do!
We had a great time! The Maafushi hotel was clean and comfortable, and full marks for location. Great hospitality and warm, responsive people. Special shout out for the people who took us for the excursions. Outstanding experience, with a great team!

We had a wonderful stay in Maldives! We did a lot of activities at Grand Park like snorkeling – we saw turtles and baby sharks! , dolphin sunset cruise, parasailing, jet ski, and so much more. The Grand Residence was amazing and the views were breathtaking. Will definitely miss it! Thanks to Kristie for her quick response and reservation in helping us book the resort.
Going on an Indulge Retreat was the best spontaneous thing I’ve ever done! Absolutely would do it again and cherish every moment. I love how much I learned from new friendships I made and from the environmental workshops we did. Kristie and Hups are also some of the most incredible human beings out there!
I honestly had no idea what to expect from this trip. I tend to overthink big decisions, and as a result miss out on opportunities such as this. This time, however, I made an impulse decision when my wife texted me about the trip and we booked it that day. My wife and I were excited to be going to The Maldives for the first time. The Maldives trip was an absolute dream! Maldives has been a bucket list destination for years, but has not always felt accessible. We thought going to the Maldives would be as simple as booking any other holiday. We soon found out with hundreds of Islands to chose from and different experiences each Atoll can offer, it made sense to get the help from someone. Our trip to Hideaway Resort & Spa in May 2021 was AMAZING! Kristie was so patient and kind in helping us find the perfect location for what we were wanting in a resort! The resort was out of this world. Beautiful! The staff waited on you hand and foot and the food was the best we’ve ever had on vacation! We feel like she went above and beyond for us to celebrate our 27th Wedding Anniversary & my 50th Birthday. We look forward to our next vacation with Indulge Maldives!
Local island hopping – March 2021
After postponing our trip in March 2020 due to Covid to the following year we finally arrived in Thulusdhoo in March 2021! Rescheduling was super easy and no extra charge. During the whole planning and rescheduling process Kristie was the best travel agent you can wish for! Every question was answered in a friendly, very professional and understanding way. Also during our trip we had costantly contact, e.g. for trips, covid procedures, recommandations.
We experienced the local life and that was the best decision ever!! We met the friendliest people, helpful and courteous. I would recommend to all of you, book a local island :-)! For sure Maldives are the perfect holiday destination… simple PARADISE… We just can agree with the comments before.
Travelling to Maldives during Covid: We felt very safe and comfortable during the whole trip. Kristie updated us regulary and was always honest, we really appreciated that! Due to a Covid case on the island we could not travel to the third island. We had to extend our trip on the second island. Kristie took care and organized the bookings for the questhouses. We totally could enjoy our holidays and had no stress. After all it was no problem to get the refund for the “missing” third island. Thanks Kristie for your support! We really want to come back to Paradise! Stay safe lovely!
Dreams do come true, still can’t believe we have lived one of our dreams. All thanks to kristie and indulge Maldives who helped us live the best days so far. It was our honeymoon trip, we spent 5 days in Maldives and visited two Islands. Thulusdoo a local Island and Cinnamon dhonveli resort. For transfer to our first Island Thulusdoo, took speed boat ride both ways and were welcomed warmly, everything was arranged perfectly by Kristie, room was well decorated and other adventures awaiting, Kristie made a great package for us which included full body massage, glass bottom canoe, dolphin watching and candle light dinner which was our personal favourite. A speed boat was arranged perfect on time for our transfer to our next resort Cinnamon dhonveli, where our water bungalow was also beautifully decorated. Overall everything was perfect. Great people, great experience and great time. Will recommed to friends and family for amazing travel to Maldives. The only regret is we didn’t spend more time to explore and enjoy the beauty of Maldives.

At first I was a bit scared of an all girls surf retreat but it turned out to be one of the best surf trips I’ve ever had!!! The retreat was very well organised by Kristie who made a huge effort to make sure we all had a good time. Gee and Ash are amazing surf coaches and gave me so much helpful input regarding my surfing. It was definitely a trip to remember! 🙂
The trip was very well organised. The communication with Kristie was so easy and all the important info was shared early on. E-mails got anwered by Kristie very quickly, too.
Arriving on the island she took really good care of our group, making sure everyone was happy and content.
Kristie puts her heart and soul into her business as well as time and effort to make the most possible out of every situation (which was a challenge now because of the lock down due to the corona – crisis 😉

Visiting the Maldives was just a dream but with Indulge Maldives that dream turned into reality! The team was all very helpful, from Emma who first replied to my inquiries, Kristie who smoothly organize everything for us, to the ground team we’ve met there (Firushan & Ammaday).
We booked the 5N Local & Resort Island Hopping Package & loved the experience! The infinity pool at Season Paradise was beautiful, the sandbak trip was amazing & the stay at Araamu Holidays was relaxing! Our holiday via Indulge Maldives was perfect! Kristie took care of everything, so we could enjoy our holiday. When you need something Kristie is available all the time and helps you with everything (accomodation, flights, excursions, etc.). White Sand Hotel at Dhigurah was great. Staff very kind. And we got an even better resort – RIU Palace instead of RIU Atoll which we booked. We had the most perfect room. It was our best trip ever!!! Thank you so much Indulge Maldives!!

We had a fantastic time on the all inc whale shark and manta ray package on Dhigurah Island. All our needs were catered for, great food, great tours. White Sand Dhigurah was meters from pristine beach which couldn’t have been more beautiful. Kristie was fantastic, she answered all our questions and arranged our package without a problem. She even arranged our transfers to another local island for a different part of our trip which made life so much easier. We can’t recommend Indulge Maldives enough and the manta and whale shark package! 🙂

We spent 6 days in Thulusdoo as an impromptu extension to our trip to Sri Lanka. We didn’t have a lot of time to plan – so when we came across Indulge Maldives it was like a dream!
Kristie had the answers to all our questions and we didn’t have to worry about anything in the lead up to our trip and was perfect for our budget.
As two girls traveling solo we wanted to have fun waves and easy communication with someone trustworthy – and we didn’t want to have the hassle of bartering and trying to find the right people to advise us where to surf and take us there.

Surf package was incredible, we spend 8 nights at Reef Edge, the place is beautiful and all the staff was outstanding!
Kristie is exceptional, she is always willing to help and gave us the best service we could have ask for, plus we had an epic photo shoot session with Hupa which is an experienced local surf guide and photographer.

I had the most amazing time with the Chix Surf School in conjunction with Indulge Maldives. I had no expectations but was blown out of the water with how much fun we had as a group and with what we experienced. The surfing was amazing in the clearest waters with I think the best surf coach going around Gee Cormack and Kristie was an incredible host. The group of women that I got to spend 2 weeks with was the biggest surprise. Life time friends have been made. Thank you Kristie and Gee I will be definitely be going again. The idea of going to the Maldives was just an idea until I stumbled upon Kristies website. Immediately I clicked on the website I knew we would be going. It was no longer an idea. We had the most amazing time in the Maldives courtesy of Indulge Maldives. Kristie organised everything for us and even went the extra mile to ensure we got some of the items we misplaced at the facilities we went. Like Kristie we cannot thank you enough. Overall I would rate them at 10/10! For the excursions you are solely attended to, nothing like being crammed up with other tourists. The transfers throughout the stay were right on time and are very clean. Kristie was right on call whenever we felt like we needed her input on certain things. To crown our trip Hupa took amazing photos and drone videos that we will certainly live to remember. If you’re still not sure about picking up a trip with them, you should. Why? Because they can easily tailor a package that suits your pocket just like they did for us. I assure you quality is a guarantee as we left the Maldives much happier than we came in. Everything was just wonderful and quite the adventure taking speedboats and ferries. I enjoyed every single minute on the islands!!! I had two dives , I did snorkeling, sand bank & two resorts – amazing, pretty much everything I could. Such a lovely country, and trust me, I’ve been in more than 40 countries so far.

I am still pinching myself that I have visited the Maldives! Booking through Indulge Maldives made it so easy.. all the planning was done! With the trip being so affordable I was blown away by how much we got to experience!! Booking it as a girls retreat was one of my favourite bits as I was able to connect and share the experience with a new group of friends that were equally excited about being there! I really enjoyed the itinerary and the fact that we had plenty of free time to do as little or as much as we wanted but still jammed in so many activities and beautiful island visits! The September Kokoh Island Hopping Retreat with Indulge Maldives was a dream come true! The islands, accommodation and activities involved all exceeded my expectations. Booking my first trip to the Maldives through Indulge Maldives was a breeze. During the trip, Kristie helped all the girls out so much and we all loved our retreat in the Maldives. My highlights from the trip would be the Male city visit, resort day pass, sand bank island visit and the snorkelling! I spent 10 days surfing and exploring Thulusdhoo and surrounding islands with Indulge Maldives. I experienced the best surfs I have ever had! Hupa is an awesome and very experienced local surf guide and surf photographer, plus the lineup there is just so magical! We also surfed other breaks like Ninjas and spent the day at Cinnamon Dhonveli Resort – it was amazing! I would highly recommend their services to anyone wanting an epic Maldives surf holiday, or amazing surfing photographs!
This trip has been out of this world! I’ve had the most amazing time travelling the Maldives with Indulge Maldives! We explored every corner of the islands we visited.
