AYADA MALDIVES
REVIEW BY: GIULIA & DONATO – DGINSTAGRAM
The Ayada Resort is on the Magudhuva Atoll, south Maldives, one of the biggest natural atolls in the world. To reach it we took a fifty minute local flight from Malé to Kaadhedhoo, followed by an additional fifty minute journey on the resort’s ship.
Among all the types of rooms available, we stayed in the Sunset Ocean Suites. As soon as we entered, we were amazed by the size and beauty of the room – 1528 ft² of pure comfort, technology and design. Additionally, there’s a huge porch facing the ocean with hammocks to relax, beach chairs to sunbathe and a pool with jacuzzi. Of course there’s also a private ladder to get into the ocean. One of the strong points of this room is the bathroom with the bathtub facing the sea. We tried several restaurants – Ocean Breeze, Kai (where you can get a taste of Asian cuisine) and Magu (the central restaurant). There are a total of 9 restaurants at Ayada! We spent wonderful days among bright white beaches with breathtaking snorkelling and swimming with sharks and turtles.
